Yes! You can take your pet to any vet you choose.
Petplan reimburses 100% of covered veterinary expenses, up to €3,100 per year, with a co-pay of €45 per illness or accident.
For example, if treating a fracture costs €1,300 in total including 3 visits, Petplan will reimburse €1,255. An insurer that only reimburses 80% would give you back €1,040.
Yes. Petplan covers the prescribed medicines related to illnesses or accidents covered by the policy.
Vaccines can be added optionally when you take out the policy.
No. Pre-existing conditions are not covered – that is, any illness or health problem your pet already had before the policy was taken out.
Petplan is an annual policy with an annual commitment, but it can be paid in instalments with no surcharges or interest.
