How much do I get reimbursed?
100% of the price you pay for the vaccines, up to a maximum of €90 per policy year.
Which vaccines are covered?
All vaccines prescribed by a licensed vet, including the Leishmaniasis vaccine. Deworming, dental cleaning and preventive check-ups are excluded.
How much does the Health + Vaccines plan cost?
It depends on the breed and age of your pet, and the postal code where you live. Calculate your quote in less than 1 minute.
Is it a separate plan? How do I get it?
It’s one of the two Petplan options: the Health plan, or the Health + Vaccines plan. The cover is the same; the difference is that the Health + Vaccines plan includes vaccines. You choose this option directly when you take out your insurance.
Does it renew automatically?
It lasts one year, and if you want to renew your insurance with vaccines, the renewal is carried out automatically. Your renewal is always linked to your pet’s Health Insurance.
Where can I vaccinate my pet?
You can vaccinate at any veterinary clinic of your choice in Spain.
Legal information. The Petplan Vaccine Prevention Plan is an additional contract provided by Petplan Ibérica SL that complements the Veterinary Insurance cover and is only valid together with it. Reimbursement is 100% of the price paid by the customer, up to a maximum of €90 per policy year. The contract is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged in the event of the animal’s loss or death. Petplan reserves the right to modify the conditions, cover and price.
