Seville, June 2026. Petplan Spain has announced the launch of its intelligent assistant powered by artificial intelligence within the ChatGPT GPT Store, becoming one of the first companies specialising in pet insurance to offer this service through the OpenAI ecosystem.
The new Petplan GPT allows dog and cat owners to find information about coverage, resolve questions related to veterinary insurance and request personalised quotes in a simple, conversational and immediate way from ChatGPT.
